When you train on Namek you train with Zoguro, you +15 if Neutral or above, meaning any form of good. If Under Neutral you will get +5.
Zoguro was a scientific hybrid of a Human and Namekian who could shift into either form at-will. He was later shot into space and Exiled from Earth for plotting to destroy it. Going far into space he crash landed into Namek. Being confronted by the leader at the time he completely crushed that person with his amazing strength and endurance.
