Dao and Raptore Midnight teleported right in the meeting room. It seemed that Batman wasnt alone. One Bat-Girl with red hair and another batgirl which was the second batgirl sat at a round table. And a warrior named nightwing, another called the red hood and another robin which was the adult robin along with a short boy robin. These Seven warriors of the city controlled earth. They were made stronger by the powers of superman*s sacrifice, giving each of the seven the endurance and strength and flight as well as all of supermans powers. Even if it was split into each of Batman*s caped crusaders, they were now much stronger, (all were as strong as Cooler with the exception of batman being as strong as Final Form Cooler,)

-Commander Red is now a cyborg and he is the main commander of the red ribbon army. He has soilders that are animal and human but as well, has the Blood Buster divisions. These are his top commandos turning into cyborgs they^re warrent officers, the officer of soilders.
-Commander Purple: The ninja in muscle tower. Made a cyborg with Yajirobi*s skill with a sword put into his programming. he stands hard. Purple company are made of ninjas, assassins and killing machines.
-Commander Silver is a silver haired super human off of the super soilder serum, and strainious Tests. He was the first one with the super-soilder formula in him. making and funding the RRA. Being a big 7 foot 3 black kingpin type mobster. With his group of Super Villians. He focues on Robberies, Shake downs, racheteering, exstorting, and drug sales as well.
-Commander White made a super computer to control the muscle towers on earth. He now used many scientists to turn him into a cyborg with the strength of 17. in charge of all the muscle bunkers and towers as well as bases with android soilders and cyborg sargents.
