The time is 40 years before Dragon Ball Super where the PTO was being restructured by new blood...the planet is called ompa which is currently Cooler #50...
-Before-
Dao used the Kai Kai technique to teleport himself into the throne room of the lookout. “Great Guardian of earth I request some training, something that Mr. Popo will be responcible for.” Dao stated
Mr. Popo smiled, “Alright, you’ll go to a planet that an invading force led by a Icerian Officer of the PTO is looking to invade, you’ll be the one to stop them.”
Dao then walked with Popo out of the throne room and down a stairway. He now stood infront of the door and opened it.
“Open up your heart and we’ll see if the crane school is harder then the turtle school.” He said chuckling as Dao now went inside and Popo followed him.
“You go and train, I’ll watch from here.” Mr. Popo said as he sat down crosslegged and meditated.
The clocks then began to turn around the room and then suddenly, the power of the room of space and time pulled Dao out of his physical body, his mind and soul in another time as he now stood there.

Dao saw the incoming troops opening fire on the incoming forces. Dao then shot up and fired a domination blast at the first platoon of troops, breaking all 20 of them from the power of Dao’s energy. Soon a volley of fast punches were thrown down which Dao was dodging with skill and speed, launching a hard kick to the side of the crane master’s side who blocked it with his elbow and arm, throwing a ki infused punch to the chest, breaking the armor and pushing him back.
Dao then shot up really fast into the sky with powered flight and formed his hands into a loosely shaped triangle and yelled. “Kiai Cannon!” The invisible energy wave crushed the 100 troops that were flying up to take down Dao, broken bodies on the ground.
A big thick muscular man smirked. “You’re the one causing so much trouble?” Dao looked at him, He had space armor on, shoulder pads and lower pads with a black spandex shorts and T-shirt underneath. He wore white gloves and boots. He was Raka.
“Hrm,” He said to himself. “Lets get a reading on your fighting power….” Now pressing the scouter to scan Dao, it only said 5,000 “Wow, your really something, 5,000!? The low levels must be really taking a break, I assure you I won’t!”
The big man threw a volley of fast shots which Yamcha used enhanced movements to dodge and weave out of all of the strikes then preformed a hard chest shot with an explosive punch, sending it flying back. Yamcha then fired a dodon ray which the warrior put up his hands cupped infront of him to catch, the ray breaking on his palms. Dao then attacked him on the left flank and both were throwing down, Raka now blocking and parrying shots then a roundhouse was preformed by Dao to the side of the head as he put up his wrist to block it. Yamcha then shot his left fingers forward and fired a beam from each fingertip at the body of Raka. Yamcha then launched a volley of fast punches towards him which the elite sargent was blocking. Soon Dao preformed a volley of fast kicks which were drilling the face of the elite then preformed a light grenade which picked the elite up and pinned him down hard on a mountain.
Dao then shot down fast and landed a flying knee uppercut onto the throat of the elite, breaking his neck. Suddenly an army of elites came down. They then all rushed Dao who was blocking and parrying the shots them just doing strong ki infused punches and knees to the stomach, busting organs and breaking the fighters. Now a massive beam came down and Dao just roundhoused it away and had his right hand pointed to the group of PTO Troops, suddenly a very wide sacred fire blast then hit everyone and incinerated most of the troops. As the smoke cleared, an icerian who was in his second form floated down towards Dao, throwing a volley of punches which Dao fired a double energy wave at which broke on the icer. Dao then shot forward using the machine gun punch technique to strike it nonstop then firing an energy wave which picked up the icer and broke on it’s body.
Dao then took out his two plasma handguns and opened fire on the icer, firing 16 shots at it. Soon Dao holstered his guns and fired a dodon bullet to the torso of the icer, followed by a volley of dodon rays to said area. Dao then got behind the icer for a flying kick and then blocked a tail whip. The icer then turned and fired a thick energy beam which Dao slapped away and then fired a pulse burst from his leg holstered pulse handgun at the Icer who blocked and was knocked back.
Dao then rushed forward with a volley of mach fist like punches which the icer was able to parry with it’s hands. Soon Dao thrusted his fingers forward and fired a dodon ray from each finger into the chest of the warrior who caught them each, his palms taking it until the explosion died down.
Suddenly PTO Officers floated down, all three of them. One looked like Cui (Cai), another like Dodoria,(Doda) and another like Zarbon(Zapz). They then smirked. “Well well well, a martial artist..and a strong one…you call yourself a master?” Cai said. He then rushed forward with a volley of fast punches and kicks yelling. “How can you call yourself a master when your fighting power is only 5,000?”
Dao then kept moving his body out of harms way of Cai’s attacks and preformed a twin palm strike to the chest, firing an energy wave which he blocked.
“Wow, I didn’t know there was enough time to defend?” Dao then preformed a volley of ki infused punches to the defense. “You may have a good defense but with the amount of power and speed I have, your bones will start to feel crushed. Soon Dao thrusted a ki blast cannon to the body of Cai then preformed a double kick to the body of the space alien, sending him flying back until he used flight to stop himself. Soon Dao charged a lot of energy in his palms then yelled. “Dodon Grenade!” The wave rushed from the extended forward arms through the palms and towards the warrior who put up his hands to catch it. The attack broke on his hands and he was breathing a bit hard. Smoke came over his body.
Soon Cai whipped his gloves and Dao smirked. “That attack…his battle fighting power is high…I better stop playing around.” Dao then braced himself and screamed, raising his battle fighting power by unsuppressing his ki. His power was raised and Doda got a reading. “Wow, it’s over 500,000 that’s a good amount…his battle fighting power rose from those attacks to 20,000 from 5,000 and now it’s so high…we’re not the elites for nothing eh Zapz?”
Zapz looked at his scouter. “He must be burning out, it now says 530,000…now it’s steady at 550,000”
Cai fired a volley of energy blasts at Dao who fired a domination blast from his hands being in the shape of a loosely shaped diamond. The orbs broke on each other and the warrior jumped into the air, firing more orbs which Dao kept firing his attack at while watching him through his diamond shaped hands. Soon he formed a big red orb of energy in his hands and threw it down at Dao who fired a ki blast cannon at the attack, breaking it then shooting up really fast with a jab to the face then a volley of shadow crane strikes to the face and shoulders as well as upper body, moving at really fast speeds then preformed a twin finger jab with each finger to the center of each pectorial, firing a dodon ray from each finger, causing a massive explosion. He then preformed a volley of fast punches to the torso then an elbow to the collarbone then a drill kick to the gut, sending him flying away. Dao then got behind him with his two hands to his back then fired a thick double energy wave which engulfed him.

-Training in a time where Coola's teams were taking over a planet
-killed most of the low level troops and fought a captian, killed him too
-Fought a icer general with 3 officers...killed one officer
