Super Saiyan 3 is a little different. It is a 40% modifyer to your power. Goku stated that he'd reached this level through training, not emotions. So, for Super Saiyan three, you have to have (obviously) attained Super Saiyan 2, So basically train in your posts. The better the description of what you're doing, the faster you're going to reach Super Saiyan Three.
Golden Oozaru:
This is a 60% modifyer to your power. The golden Oozaru a stronger form of the ape it is kinda like a super saiyan ape you become much stronger in this form and have little control over youself but to gain full controle over your self you must atleast have 130k pl and if you have 125k you have half controle.this form will make you much more stronger melee hits wont really do any thing to you and base ki blasts dont do nothing but with the golden oozaru form you are vary slow like the normal oozaru and you become way way more stronger then the normal oozaru.

Solar Flare - This attack is one of the most useful in the series.
