Midnight Enforcer Scouter (Androids get it installed)

Description: An instrument that is hung around the ear with a white curved band that holds a glass (which comes in various colors) in front of the wearer's eye. Technology inside the Scouter allows the wearer to locate any creature with a Power Level greater than 10 within a fifty mile radius, or a magical artifact within a five mile radius. The information appears on the glass piece which acts as a display screen.
Effect: Can find anything with a power level, that is on that planet. But it is limited to what you can see. 85% of the original power level unless ki suppression is being used.

Scouter Upgrade 1 (C-Wave)
Description: Allows the user to communicate with anyone else that has a C-wave equipt scouter. When on the same planet, the communication is instand, however, when on a different planet, there is a full five minute delay from when the communication is sent and received.

Scouter Upgrade 2 (Giga Boost)
Description: Allows the user to record the actions of an enemy while in combat. Doing this opens up the chance of successfully predicting which moves they may use next by constantly running simulations of the previous moves while in battle. This upgrade also allows you to see an opponents power up to 100% of their truest potential.

Name: Scouter Upgrade 3 (Uncloaking Device)
Description: Allows the user to 'uncloak' any 'cloaked' enemies in the area. However, the only way to see an enemy is to be looking directly at them. If they move out of visual range, then the user must find them once again in order to clearly see them. This device also allows the user to see in otherwise blinding situations, such as a Solar Flare.

Scouter Battle Chip
Installed directly into your every day Scouter, the Memory Chip is used to record battles in which you've engaged in. Recording the confrontation, you may go back at a later time and ovserve your opponent. Through meticulous observation, you may learn any 1 of their moves in 1/2 the amount of time it takes to learn from a Master.

Replaces the Battle Chip. Installed into the every day scouter as an upgrade, the previous battle chip taken out. It still was used to record battles in which you're engaged in, recording the battle was still working, now able to read battle records on the scouter similar to the Memory Chip on the previous Battle Chip. The thing is now, you can learn 1 kung fu mastery as well as an attack. (Takes 4 days, no roleplaying to learn a kung fu mastery.)
